2-day Body Consciousness Awakening Retreat with Lina Leimonte and Jeanette Ida, Shunyata, New Zealand
2024 02 24 @ 10:00 am - 2024 02 25 @ 5:00 pmNZD360
On the spiritual path, we learn that our body is an essential part of waking up. It is the primary vehicle, container, and space holder of this life, as well as all of our spiritual experiences, with everything happening through this form. We also discover all of the ways we have rejected it But our body has its own consciousness and self-healing abilities, which need to be honoured, acknowledged, and rediscovered on this path. Body consciousness is when the body wakes up to itself. Throughout the day-long retreat, teachers Lina and Jeanette will guide you into and through different levels of body consciousness, allowing its connection to be restored and recognised for the innate healing abilities, and for body consciousness to unfold.
Jeanette will be offering movement meditation practices, chakra awareness, mind-body healing with Yoga Nidra and yoga, while Lina will be guiding into body awareness through meditation, and connecting with the body on a conscious level.
