We invite you to receive the directions and guidance for this journey during a 5-day Shaktipāt and Meditation retreat with teacher Lina Leimonte, in the serene, soothing and healing embrace of a Lithuanian pine forest, a gushing little stream and the welcoming Villa Rata in Druskininkai, Lithuania.

During the event, we will bring our awareness back home — not only inside, into our Spiritual heart and our Self, but also into the consciousness of our body. Our inimitable Sama Yoga teacher Ulrika Sandström (https://www.facebook.com/yogavandring) will guide us into the body-consciousness level, helping us to integrate the Shakti energy and as well as experiences and processes from life and the retreat. It is a soft, easy, loving and deeply relaxing form of yoga which you cando without having tried yoga before.
