The ever-changing situation in the world and everyone’s life triggers all of our security and survival programs because we as humans have a tendency to identify ourselves not only with our personalities or bodies but also with everything that surrounds us. Therefore, understanding/awareness/consciousness is the only fairly constant instrument that may aid us in not escaping or withdrawing from life, but instead returning to our Selves. In returning to the unchangeable core of our Being and perceiving everything from this perspective. So then, everything that happens on the outside becomes our Experience.

Within the serenity of the ZEN FOREST (https://www.facebook.com/zen.miskas.ciobiskis), Lina will give Shaktipat initiation, hold meditations, answer your questions and guide you to the very essence of You. There will also be gentle Sama yoga with Ulrika Sandström to support your body and further help your system integrate the energy transmissions.
Price: 300,- EUR
The price also includes:
– 2 nights accommodation with private en-suite bathrooms and climate control for your comfort;
– daily tasty vegetarian cuisine made with love (if you are on a special diet or have a food intolerance, please let us know in advance);
Sauna time is available for an additional price (shared between attendees).
If the Sama yoga teacher will not be able be present at the retreat due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the price will be revised accordingly.
