On the outside, nothing appears to be stable anymore. The ever-changing situation in the world triggers all of our security and survival programs because we as humans have a tendency to identify ourselves with our personalities, thoughts, feelings, bodies, as well as with everything that surrounds us. This is an exhausting and suffering way to be.
But what if we could shift our perspective, and live from Awareness instead?
This is how we begin to understand that we are not our thoughts, ideas, or descriptions. We start to see that it’s all one big experience, from which we are not separate.
To live from a Conscious Awareness perspective is the liberation that everybody is seeking.

Lina Leimonte, a European spiritual teacher and healer, now based in Golden Bay (New Zealand), guides and supports people on the awakening path.
